TANTRA FOR SINGLES
Tantra is a life approach, which integrates sexuality, emotions, the senses, love and consciousness. The exploration and refinement of the full spectrum of human experience using Tantra offers a very rich and varied path of personal development.
We do not include sexual union as part of the singles course structures.
A sensitive and caring environment is created for discovering, healing, understanding and celebrating our whole being in its many facets. We offer Tantric practices and individual/partner/group exercises, which may include dance, massage, breath, emotional work, sharing, guided journeys, meditation and sacred ritual. This brings powerful transformation to sensual expression and to the way we relate to others and ourselves.
Tantra offers the opportunity to unveil our true nature as divine human beings.

This course is designed as a Tantra journey, which begins by opening up energy pathways, creating space inside for fullbodied ecstatic aliveness. Participants are supported in healing wrong conditioning and trauma around sexuality, discovering a natural and spontaneous sensual expression.
The exploration takes us through various phases of development, such as self-love, same sex bonding, freeing and expanding male female interaction, discovering the wonders of intimacy, and embracing sexuality as a sacred doorway to wholeness. The union of sexuality, love and spirituality is a profound initiation into the sublime world of Tantra.

This is our new ‘signature group’, designed to transform the world. Relationships, families and societies are made of men and women. Therefore, transformation needs to begin within our gender roles. This group evolves consciousness very rapidly by separating men and women and discovering through powerful group dynamics, the essence of woman and the essence of man. We have a team of male mentors to guide the men and a team of women mentors to guide the women.
Once we have resourced ourselves in the milieu of our own sex, and reclaimed our feminine or masculine qualities, then it is time to meet the opposite sex from a place of empowerment and joy. Included in this group is the School of Awakening Tantra Massage method, being taught for the first time.
Tantra Massage
We teach sensitive, healing and sublime Tantra Massage, suitable for
singles and couples in the Tantra Man – Tantra Woman workshops.
Nourish the divine feminine and masculine in ways you may never have
dreamed were possible. Our unique massage technique has been developed
by a team of experts in many forms of Tantra massage. Every person who
loves both Tantra and massage will benefit from learning this. This
massage also serves as a relationship training, helping couples to
open up to pleasure, sensuality and intimacy.
Tantra: Chakra Journey

Chakra is a Sanskrit term meaning ‘wheel’ and refers to spinning vortexes which mirror cosmic energy in our bio energetic system. There are 7 main chakras, in alignment with key areas along the spinal system. Each chakra expresses one aspect, one frequency of who we are. Opening up a vibrant flow of life force energy through the chakra system is vital for a fulfilled life. If the chakra system is in stagnation, poor health, difficulty in relating and emotional suffering will be the result. When the chakra system is awakened to its fuller potential, we experience ecstasy in everyday life, find flow in our creative expression and are empowered with free flowing communication and communion in relationships.
In this group, we explore the chakra system as an experiential journey, using methods of meditation and techniques for self realization. Each chakra holds a master key for fulfillment in life, whether this be with your partner or on your own. It is fascinating to experience opening your flowing aliveness in this profoundly transformative process.
The main 7 chakras are:
- Sex Center: Male positive pole, red, survival, sexuality, animality, groundedness
- Lower Belly: Female positive pole, orange, seat of emotions, birth and death
- Solar Plexus: Male positive pole, yellow, meeting point of contradictions, seat of one’s unique soul programme
- Heart: Female positive pole, green, love, nurturing, compassion, bridge between heaven and earth
- Throat: Male positive pole, turquoise, expression of truth through creativity, self realization
- Centre of brain (level with centre of eyebrows): Female positive pole, blue, intuition, clairvoyance, soul communion
- Crown of head: beyond duality, violet, cosmic consciousness
