Sarita's Story

As a teacher of Colour Light Therapy, my ongoing learning through this amazing method has never ceased. One of the rules of thumb for anyone wanting to give sessions to others is, before you give a treatment to someone else make sure you have experienced it yourself, in depth.

I was eager to try the Holographic Healing treatment prescribed for people who suffer from Cancer, or for people who have a history of Cancer in their family and are worried they might get it later in life. Since my mother had recovered from Cancer surgery, I thought it would be a good idea for me to go through the treatment. It is a series of sessions which moves into the holographic principle and helps a person to realign themselves with their potential for health on all levels by releasing the source of their deeply buried conflict, wherever it may be arising from, whether karmic or genetic.

One day, towards the end of my series of sessions, I heard my brain literally shouting a message for me. Putting down my lovely piece of tea-time cake in shock, I closed my eyes to tune into my body and find out what the message was. The brain said loudly and clearly, "This sugar is poison! You are killing me with this sugar! No more! Stop it immediately!" I then experienced a very deep memory which was arising from below the conscious mind. There were no words to it, just impressions arising from the body memory. I was a baby who was denied the breast. Instead I was fed on the type of sugared milk prevalent for babies during that era. My body felt cheated and enraged but having nothing else, had to make do with that. In time, even my body forgot that there might be another way. The conflict became deeply buried. It was a matter of survival.

I had never considered myself to be an addict of sugar until I tried to let go of it. It was hard. It brought up survival panic. However, the Holographic Healing treatments were doing their work so effectively that I started having pain and cramps every time I ate even a little sugar. Natural fruit sugar had no ill effect, only the refined sugar could no longer be tolerated. So I dropped it.

After a sugar-free month I was amazed and delighted to find out that several physical problems had also dropped. My lifelong severe eczema disappeared as if it had never been. My lifelong hypoglycaemia disappeared. Stress was gone. Physical strength became enhanced. The Holographic Healing treatments acted like a light detective, leading me to the source of my physical problem and helping me to discover my own cure. This is a tremendously empowering way to discover health. Twelve years later, I am still sugar free and am in optimum health. Do I miss it? Definitely not. My body purring along contentedly is the sweetest gift possible.

We could fill volumes with astonishing case histories. However there is one which comes to mind which is very touching. I will call him Tom. He came to me because conventional medicine couldn't help. He was covered in severe acne and also suffered from impotence. In taking his history it was revealed that as a student at a catholic boarding school he had been sexually abused repeatedly by the head priest. In hesitantly trying to tell his mother about it, he was told by her to, "shut up and be a good boy and just do whatever the priests tell you." After a few Colour Light sessions designed to release him from the negative imprints of childhood and open him to his potential, we went on a healing journey inside the body to find out how the treatments were working. He entered into his genital area with his consciousness and found himself in a cave full of vipers. He was very scared. I suggested that he ask the vipers for some guidance to find his source of healing. They responded, "There is nowhere to go. This is your home!" He agreed with them that this used to be his home but now he is ready for healing. They said, "oh in that case you can go that way..." and they directed him out of the cave into the light. He then discovered an old man with a big aura who he recognised as his future self. The old man gave him directions on how to live his life more joyously and attain his potential. In coming back he again visited the cave in his genitals and found it had become a huge crystal cave full of light. He returned to his waking consciousness with tears of gratitude in his eyes. He had never suspected that he had so much beauty inside.

Later, several months after our series of sessions was complete I talked to Tom and asked how he was doing. His acne was gone, he had lost weight and was having a passionate love affair with a beautiful woman. He was following his inner guide's instructions and felt marvellous.

It is very common that after a Colour Light Therapy series of sessions people find themselves dramatically changing their lives and moving in the direction which is in tune with their innermost longing. The Colour Light Therapy simply helps you to reconnect with what you had forgotten, your true self, your being of light.
